Refunds
Please note that all of our candles are handmade and carefully inspected prior to shipment. We create every product with the intent of satisfying every customer. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at thelightcollectionco@gmail.com within 4 days of receiving your order with the order number and the reason for your return.
If 4 days have exceeded, please note that a refund will not be allowed.
Any item to be refunded due to any unsatisfactory reasons must be sent back unused and in the same condition it was sent. A refund will be processed after the items have been fully inspected.
Exchanges are not allowed.
Damaged/Incorrect Item Received
Every item is carefully shipped and packed with protection. If a damaged/incorrect item is received, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your package.
Proof of damaged/incorrect item may be required.
Sale Items
All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
Lost Package
After we have shipped your order and you have received your tracking information, your package is in the hands of the carrier. If the package is lost, please contact the carrier for further assistance.
Please note that we are unable to process a refund on lost items.
Shipping Cost
Being that we are a small business, shipping cost on any return item is the responsibility of the customer.
